Voice Messages
The IntraOut platform allows its users to manage their voice messages, meaning the users can set rules for all their calls, including call forwarding.
IntraOut users are given the option of voice communication through an instant messenger, meaning they can save on many telephone calls within the company. Unlike other well-known instant messengers, the IntraOut one is integrated with a PBX platform, which in practice means that the users can additionally indicate what should happen with their incoming calls. They can either direct them to the traditional voice mail, but also to selected numbers (for example an assistant, a receptionist, other co worker in the office or a phone in your hotel room).The voicemail recordings can be played over the Internet, since they are immediately sent as an e-mail attachment to the users inbox.
