HRMS
Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is a system designed to support selected aspects of managing human resources. It is dedicated to companies from the SME sector, in particular those with a project based management structure, for which planning work time is important – its optimization and task assigning, job accounting.
Similarly to the IntraOut platform system, HRMS is available over the internet through a web browser’s interface (it’s an e-service available in the SaaS model). Its users do not have to install any applications on their computers, nor is there any need to invest in advanced equipment.
HRMS was created with the support of the European Union Innovative Economy Programme.
