Fax to Mail - Mail to Fax
IntraOut gives the possibility of using an internet fax, which means that platform users can send faxes without owning a fax machine or dedicated especially for this purpose telephone line. Fax2mail/Mail2fax allows users to receive faxes in the form of an e-mail. A user receives an e-mail with an attachment (fax documents are stored as PDF format files). This solution improves the electronic archiving of documents, their organization, at the same time eliminating the circulation of paper documents.
With the assistance of IntraOut the users can also send faxes to traditional fax numbers. In such a case the user attaches a fax document to his e-mail, and in the subject field he inserts the recipient's fax number (such e-mails are sent to a special IntraOut account dedicated to outgoing faxes).
