Teleconferences
The platform allows the users to configure their own PBX telephone exchange, including assigning phone numbers to individual email accounts, setting call forwarding to other numbers, configuring the voice mail systems and teleconferences.
The telephone exchange is supported by an intuitive panel. The users do not need to install any extra equipment, because the control panel configuration is done via the Internet. If such a necessity exists, one can set up a traditional phone instead of headphones to work with the platform, however such a device needs to support VoIP.
As mentioned before IntraOut provides its users with a Private Branch Exchange. With it the users can create their own internal telephone network supporting such services like automatic responses or redirections. The PBX handles internal calls (which are free of charge), and simultaneously supports calls from and to the outside world. Any company deciding to use such a telephone exchange can significantly reduce the number of traditional phone lines, and therefore significantly reduce telecommunication costs. The IntraOut PBX system can integrate various types of telephone networks: analog, digital, public networks, VoIP or GSM. That means many practical and convenient functions supporting management of telephone calls, particularly in distributed environments and among people who often go on business trips. This is a real saving on the cost of telecommunications.
