IntraOut is a package of services, which for the user means simpler communication and faster group work. In practice it results from integrating in one application multiple forms of communication: e-mail, VOIP, instant messaging, fax, with additional functionalities such as file and data sharing, calendar sharing, and finally synchronizing the platform with a mobile phone.
For some users IntraOut means the ability to work efficiently from any place offering Internet access without the need to stay in an office. For others it is a tool helping manage human resources within the company. And for the rest, it can also be a method of significantly reducing the communication costs, as well as a guarantee of a rapid flow of information (for example during frequent business trips) and remote file access, necessary for the job to be done. These are only some of the main advantages of acquiring a coherent and integrated environment for better communication management.
