IntraOut can be used as a tool for human resource management - mainly in the context of group work. The advantage of IntraOut results from a wide range of the possibilities in the users integration - no matter in what part of the world they reside at. The system provides its users with a few convenient and free of charge tools for communication, allowing also calendar and file sharing.
Work planning
IntraOut offers its users Multi calendars (link do sekcji multi kalndarze). The calendars help support work time management - group projects and tasks planning and serve to control teams of employees (eg. salesmen, IT engineers, logistics department). They help set up appointments between the co workers, they verify the occupancy of other workers without the necessity for personal contact. Multi calendars are available via the internet.
Information sharing
The system allows its users to share their information resources. As long as the files are on the IntraOut’s virtual disk, and either the user or administrator gave permission for other users to access the files (access rules can be set individually for each file or folder), the users even if not present at one place, can still work together on the same documents.
Internal communication
Communication during group work is very time consuming and often involves high costs. That's why IntraOut offers its users several free of charge communication channels (internal VoIP, instant messaging, e-mail). Users participating in one project can choose the best method of contact, depending on the situation and their needs.
