IntraOut is available through internet access - therefore does not require customers to install any software on their computers.
A mobile virtual office means simultaneous access to multiple communication channels, while integrating them into a single, consistent and secure environment. IntraOut contains e-mail access, the possibility to share calendars, manage contacts, internet telephony, own messenger able to communicate with other messengers available on the market, the possibility to work on media files, a virtual hard drive to store your files. All these features are available via the Internet under just one subscription.
IntraOut assumes responsibility for the entire network infrastructure of its customers. This way customers can reduce costs on investments in system architecture, hardware and IT administration. Our solutions act in the SaaS model (Software as a Service). This is a model based on providing professional services, where a user pays a monthly fee for his subscription.
An important feature of IntraOut is the ability of a user to configure his own telephone service, assign phone numbers to individual email accounts, set redirects to other numbers, use the voice mail system and teleconferencing tools.
The platform also provides automatic synchronization with business mobile phones. This means that not only email but also contacts and meeting schedules are available in the users’ mobile phones.
