How can I start work with IntraOut?

How does the verification procedure in IntraOut?
With the verification domain, we are sure that you are the owner of the domain without sending documents. Verification is carried out after the registration of a domain in the DNS and after registration in IntraOut (Buy service). Once registered you will receive information on how to verify the domain.

After activation of Mail2FAX/FAX2Mail services your account IntraOut can additionally serve as a fax. From now on a fax sent to a dedicated fax number you will come like an attachment in an e-mail. You no longer need to store more documents on a desk, cabinet or specially prepared binders. Attachments can be kept in your IntraOut account like a e-mail with attachments or saved an attachment in your computer or portable memory or catalog on iDisc offered by IntraOut.
If you wish to send a fax from your account - just create a new e-mail and send it to the address mail2fax@intraout.pl, in the subject line, type the destination fax number eg 0224032186, and place the contents of the fax as an attachment in the form of a file: .pdf or .tiff.

How to use RSS channels with IntraOut?
To take advantage of RSS bookmarks, select "News" in the navigation panel. If we have not yet set any RSS subscriptions click "Subscribe" and then paste the link to the news channel of interest to us (eg http://www.wp.pl/rss.xml?id=1) and for confirmation select 'Save' button . How to use the built-in instant messaging?
When you log into your IntraOut account, the panel of the communicator will be on the right side of the window. To add a new contact press cross in a circle. This brings up a window to add "Friends". Must enter a contact email address. You have the ability to add people who also enjoy the IntraOut or other IM based on the XMPP protocol commonly known as Jabber, such as GTalk. Remember that a person must accept your invitation to your friends before you can communicate with them. The same applies to you, if someone adds you to friends that while you are logged in IntraOut window will appear telling you who he added. You can accept such an invitation or decline.
The next field is the group. Here you choose from the list of already established groups or type a new name, which is automatically created. This allows you to organize your contacts. You can create groups such as friends, family, colleagues, customers etc..
The last field is the name. Here you enter how you want to display a person is placed on your contact list.

My e-mails are not delivered to recipients and I'm receiving a message from MAILER-DAEMON. Who's it?
MAILER-DAEMON is a mailing program, which checks the e-mail message header's correctness. You'll get a message from it when: your message was addressed incorrectly, attachment is too big, you or your recipient have too small disk space to receive a message.
Make sure that you typed address correctly and your attachment isn't too big also for IntraOut server as for your recipient mailing server.

Yes. There is a possibility to setup a notifications about incoming events from your Calendar. You can set them in Preferences -> Calendar. There are three options:
